Refund Policy

Effective from January 16, 2025, this Refund Policy shall be in effect.

At Stoic AI, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable experience for automated crypto trading and portfolio management.
To ensure transparency, our refund policy is outlined below:

1. Subscription Payments:
Monthly and Annual Subscriptions: Payments for both monthly and annual Stoic AI subscriptions are non-refundable.
If you cancel during an active billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for unused time.

2. Exceptions to Refund Policy:
Refunds are only considered in the case of Billing Errors, such as:

  • Being charged incorrectly.
  • Being charged for the wrong subscription.

3. Payment Method and Refund Source

  • Payments via Paddle: For payments made via our merchant of record, Paddle.com (applicable for credit/debit card or PayPal transactions), refunds will also be facilitated through Paddle. Your dealings with Paddle are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions.
  • Apple App Store or Google Play Payments: Refunds for payments made through
    Apple App Store or Google Play will be issued by Apple or Google, respectively.
    • Apple Refund Policy: Your relationship with Apple is regulated by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, with refund policy details available here.
    • Google Play Refund Policy: Your interactions with Google Play are defined by the Google Play Terms of Service.
  • Payments in Cryptocurrencies: If subscription payments were made in cryptocurrencies, refunds will be executed in the same form. Stoic AI is not accountable for any currency exchange fees levied by third-party service providers during the refund process.

4. Refund Claims Limitation

  • A refund can only be requested once per disputed payment.
  • Upon receiving a refund, you relinquish the right to further contest refund requests, disputes, or transaction reversals with Stoic AI or any third-party payment service, bank, or financial institution.

5. Currency and Compensation

  • Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the payment or its equivalent, based on the market rate on the refund date.
  • With your prior agreement, we may offer you:
    • A discount for future services.
    • An extended subscription period.
    • An upgraded subscription with substantially greater benefits in lieu of a monetary refund.

6. Payment Service Provider Fees
Stoic AI bears no responsibility for fees imposed by your payment service provider during the refund process.

7. How to Request a Refund

8. Policy Updates
