Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern the Stoic AI affiliate program. They apply to everyone who signs up as an affiliate partner and to every commission paid under the program. By taking part you accept them.

1. Joining the program

You join by completing the partner application form. There is no review queue: your referral link and dashboard are available as soon as the form is submitted. You do not need to be a Stoic AI customer, and you do not need to trade yourself. What you do need is traffic obtained by lawful means and an audience eligible to open a Stoic AI account.

2. Commission

You earn 15% of every payment made by a user who joined Stoic AI through your referral link. The rate is flat from your first referral. There are no volume tiers, no cap, and no reduction over time.

The commission applies to subscription payments, including the 5% yearly fee charged on portfolio value above $10,000. It runs for as long as the referred user keeps paying — there is no cut-off after a fixed number of months. If a payment is refunded or reversed, the commission on it is reversed with it.

3. How a referral is attributed to you

When somebody opens stoic.ai through your referral link, we store an attribution record in their browser. That record lasts 365 days and starts over each time the same person returns through your link.

Attribution is last touch. If a visitor later arrives through a different affiliate's link, the more recent link is the one credited. Once the visitor registers a Stoic AI account, the account is assigned to whichever affiliate was credited at that moment, and that assignment does not change afterwards.

Attribution depends on the visitor's browser keeping the record. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or switching device or browser can break the chain, and a referral we cannot attribute cannot be paid.

4. What is not commissionable

• Existing customers. A user who already pays for Stoic AI is not credited to an affiliate.
• Yourself. Referring your own account to earn commission or obtain a discount is not permitted.
• Accounts you control. Accounts sharing your IP address or device, or belonging to your household, do not earn commission. Those people are welcome to use Stoic AI; the referral simply does not pay.
• Refunded payments, and payments later reversed or charged back.

5. Promotion rules

You may promote Stoic AI wherever your audience already reads you: video, newsletters, blogs, communities, social accounts, forums. We do not restrict channels. The following are not allowed:

• Paid search on our brand. Do not bid on Stoic AI brand terms, trademarks, variations or misspellings, and do not register domain names built from them. That traffic was already ours, so referrals from it are not commissionable.
• Misleading claims. Do not state or imply returns, guarantees, or product behaviour that Stoic AI does not offer, and do not present a referral link as something other than what it is. Crypto trading carries risk of loss, and nothing you publish may suggest otherwise.
• Unsolicited bulk messaging by email, social networks, chats or messengers.
• Impersonation of Stoic AI, its staff, or an official Stoic AI channel.
• Unlawful activity, including fraud and the use of credentials or accounts that are not yours.

6. Payouts

Commissions are paid monthly, within the first seven days of the month following the one in which they were earned. Payment is made in crypto — BTC, ETH or USDT, whichever you prefer. We do not make bank transfers.

The minimum payout is the equivalent of $100. A balance below that carries over to the next month and is paid once the threshold is reached. Commissions are calculated in US dollars and converted at the rate applying when the payment is made; the conversion rate and any network fee are outside our control.

You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn, and for reporting it where you live.

7. Your dashboard

Your affiliate dashboard shows the revenue your referrals have generated, your earnings and how they stand against the payout threshold, signups over time, and your full signup and payment history. Figures are reported at the level of aggregate results and history, not as identifying details of individual users.

8. Suspension and termination

Either side may leave the program at any time. We may suspend or close an affiliate account, and withhold or reverse commissions, where the terms above have been broken or where a referral pattern indicates fraud or abuse. Where a commission is withheld, we will say why.

Closing an affiliate account does not affect the referred users' own accounts or subscriptions.

9. Relationship between us

Taking part in this program makes you an independent participant, not an employee, agent, or representative of Stoic AI. You may not enter into commitments on our behalf. Nothing here grants you rights in the Stoic AI name or marks beyond linking to us and identifying the product you are promoting.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms — including the commission rate, the attribution window and the payout threshold. Changes apply from the date they are published on this page and are not applied retroactively to commissions already earned. Continuing to use your referral link after a change means you accept the revised terms.
