About Yei Finance

Yei Finance (CLO) is a cryptocurrency launched in 2025. The protocol anchors itself deep inside the decentralized finance infrastructure layer, cross-referenced across exchange-based tokens, lending protocols, and the BNB Chain and Sei Network ecosystems.

Liquidity in modern DeFi has a structural fracture. Capital splinters across disjointed lending markets, swap venues, and bridge contracts, each hoarding its own siloed deposits. Yei Finance deploys a mechanism called Clovis to fuse these separated pools. It operates as a cross-chain clearing, execution, and settlement layer that consolidates previously trapped capital into a single, programmable liquidity base capable of powering lending, swapping, and bridging simultaneously while every deposit earns stacked yield.

Yei Finance operates on the BNB Smart Chain network. Its architecture also extends to a sei-v2 deployment, as evidenced by parallel smart contract addresses active across both environments.

The token conforms to the BEP-20 standard on BNB Smart Chain. Dual contract footprints live at the identical address string on Sei’s native execution layer and on BSC, enabling cross-network recognition. Because the protocol functions as an infrastructure primitive rather than a standalone chain, the clearing logic does not require a unique consensus algorithm engineered from scratch; it inherits the security models of the host networks while adding a lightweight vault layer on each connected chain.

No singular founder names surface in the project’s release documentation. The protocol executed its launch on October 14, 2025, baptizing itself immediately into the Binance Alpha Spotlight cohort. That early exchange visibility aligned it with airdrop distributions and listing attention, seeding the token into 77 active markets within its first measured trading window.

The long-term design objective is not simply another DEX aggregator. It targets the total elimination of fragmented settlement by positioning Clovis as the default global clearing layer for DeFi. A world where a single deposit sits in one vault on one chain while the credit and execution rails of the clearing layer make that capital legible to lending markets, swap pools, and bridge routers everywhere.

Settlement is the token’s mechanical skeleton. CLO functions as the internal coordination asset inside the Clovis infrastructure, gating execution rights and clearing finality across the vault-and-layer topology. The lightweight vaults on connected chains push actions through the clearing engine, and CLO gets consumed or escrowed in the resolution of those cross-chain balance updates.

Validators and market makers interacting with the clearing layer must commit CLO to operate nodes that settle inter-chain instructions and net positions. Liquidity providers depositing into the unified vaults receive yield originating from three simultaneous activities—lending utilization fees, swap fees aggregated across integrated DEXs, and bridge settlement revenue—without moving collateral from the single pooled base.

CLO has a maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. Currently, 129,100,000 are in circulation. With a market capitalization of $15,161,178, Yei Finance ranks #980 among all cryptocurrencies.
