Vestate (VES) is a cryptocurrency launched in 2024. It anchors a real estate tokenization protocol that merges web2 property brokerages with onchain Real World Asset infrastructure.
The project operates as an AI-powered proptech platform specifically engineered to tokenize commissions from residential and commercial real estate transactions. Rather than reinventing property title transfers, Vestate abstracts the agency fee layer—converting opaque brokerage payouts into liquid, programmable tokens. Its core utilities, Vestmap and Vestagent, form a dual-sided marketplace where listing visibility and team-based commission splits are coordinated entirely through smart contracts.
Vestate operates on the Ethereum network. The token also exists across Polygon, Arbitrum, and BNB Smart Chain, each deployment mirrored via canonical bridges. This multi-chain footprint ensures that real estate agents in various blockchain ecosystems can transact without leaving their preferred execution environment.
VES adheres to the ERC-20 standard on Ethereum, with equivalent implementations on its satellite networks. Smart contract addresses are verifiable across Etherscan, Polygonscan, Arbiscan, and BscScan. The token’s compatibility extends to any decentralized exchange or custody solution supporting ERC-20 or its branched standards, granting it deep embeddability within the existing DeFi stack.
Vestate surfaced in the first quarter of 2024, launching its token on February 7. The team remains anonymous in public documentation, a common posture among early-stage crypto proptech ventures. A whitepaper is hosted at the project’s documentation portal, outlining a phased roadmap for onboarding real estate firms and integrating AI-driven valuation tools.
The protocol’s larger ambition is to unbundle the real estate commission structure from its legacy paper-bound processes. By making fee agreements transferable and verifiable onchain, Vestate seeks to create a secondary market for broker receivables. That long-term vision hinges on widespread adoption of tokenized cash flows in property markets globally.
Within its economy, the VES token functions as the transactional prerequisite for every service. Using Vestmap, agencies purchase listing slots and algorithmic exposure boosts. Vestagent distributes team commissions automatically; a deal closing triggers a smart contract which carves the agreed percentage into token balances instantly, eliminating reconciliation delays.
Agencies procure and stake VES to access premium listing tiers and advanced market analytics. Individual agents receive performance-based payouts in VES, which they may either redeem for fiat on supported pairs or redeploy into platform advertising. The token’s circulation is thus tightly coupled to the velocity of property transactions flowing through the Vestate network.
Vestate has a maximum supply of 500,000,000 tokens. Currently, 143,700,000 are in circulation. With a market capitalization of $101,322, Vestate ranks #5,825 among all cryptocurrencies.
