HAPI Protocol (HAPI) is a cryptocurrency launched in 2021, tuned squarely as an on-chain cybersecurity protocol that deploys trustless oracles to intercept hacker attacks before assets move. Its multi‑chain footprint spans several high‑profile networks from the outset.
The protocol functions as a decentralized security middleware, attacking the persistent and costly friction of smart contract exploits. DeFi markets hemorrhage funds daily. HAPI embeds real‑time threat intelligence into the transaction layer itself, giving protocols a mechanism to screen wallet addresses and freeze suspicious interactions the instant a malicious signature is detected.
HAPI Protocol operates on the Ethereum network as an ERC‑20 token, with identical deployments on Solana, BNB Chain, and Near Protocol. It inherits the consensus and validator‑backed guarantees of each host chain, deliberately avoiding a standalone consensus engine to remain chain‑agnostic and immediately portable.
The token architecture supports the ERC‑20, BEP‑20, SPL, and NEP‑141 standards. This cross‑standard design means the same logical asset lives on Ethereum’s EVM, Solana’s account‑based runtime, and BNB Chain’s parallel execution environment. The oracle layer collects on‑chain traces and off‑chain signals, executing pre‑defined security policies without a central coordinator.
Originating from Lithuania, the project launched its token on March 10, 2021, as DeFi exploits were peaking. Early integrations with DAO Maker, Hacken Foundation, and Poolz Finance embedded HAPI into launchpad and security‑audit workflows, signaling a practical appetite for programmable threat detection in real‑time capital flows.
The long‑term ambition reaches beyond patchwork auditing. HAPI intends to replace reactive post‑mortems with a continuous, trust‑minimized surveillance perimeter where cryptographic proofs, not promises, verify that a counterparty has never interacted with known exploiters. It seeks a permissionless security fabric layered directly into the transaction life cycle.
HAPI tokens operate as the native unit of account inside the oracle network, compensating node operators who stake collateral and submit verified threat feeds. Fees for querying the security oracles are also denominated in HAPI, cycled directly to active validators who maintain the accuracy of the reputation registry.
Validators lock HAPI to spin up oracle nodes, earning protocol emissions for consistent, accurate reporting while risking slashing if they relay falsified data. On the consumption side, a DeFi lending platform integrates the oracle contracts and pays in HAPI to screen every deposit address against blacklists before rebalancing collateral.
HAPI Protocol has a maximum supply of 1,000,000 tokens. Currently, 821,478.14 are in circulation. With a market capitalization of $309,466.00, HAPI Protocol ranks #4,269 among all cryptocurrencies.
