Kurobi (KURO) is a cryptocurrency token deployed on the Solana blockchain. It anchors a platform purpose-built to monetise personal time through paid one-to-one call bookings and NFT-gated live event access.
The protocol lets professionals and creators schedule consultations and sell admission as verifiable NFT tickets. Payments settle in cryptocurrency or conventional cash, side-stepping the structural friction that plagues traditional booking intermediaries and opaque event ticketing platforms. No centralised escrow skims value from either side of the transaction.
Kurobi operates on the Solana network. Solana’s parallelized runtime and sub-second finality supply the speed and negligible cost base needed for instant settlement of micro-payments tied to scheduled calls or impulse ticket purchases.
The token is an SPL asset, Solana’s native fungible token standard. Its on-chain program address is 2Kc38rfQ49DFaKHQaWbijkE7fcymUMLY5guUiUsDmFfn. Platform source code lives under the KurobiHQ organisation on GitHub, signalling a public build trajectory.
No individual founders have stepped forward under their own names; the project operates under its collective brand. It surfaced inside the Solana ecosystem with a narrow thesis around time commoditisation, releasing its token and matching layer to connect service providers directly with a global audience. Public repositories still reflect an early-stage output.
Kurobi’s long-range mission is to carve out a borderless marketplace for time-based services and live event credentials where compensation moves directly from client to provider without rent extraction. Tokenising event tickets as non-fungible assets enforces verifiable ownership and introduces secondary market traceability, eroding the grip of centralised scheduling and ticketing monopolies.
Inside the ecosystem, KURO functions as the core settlement currency. A client pays in KURO to lock a call slot with a specialist, and a smart contract holds the funds in escrow until the session completes. Event tickets denominate in KURO, triggering a unique NFT mint that acts as a cryptographically enforced gate pass.
Service providers receive KURO directly to their wallets the moment a booking confirms, holding zero staked capital. Event organisers collect ticket revenues in KURO and retain full custody, while attendees must hold the token to mint or purchase NFT admissions that unlock limited-capacity events.
Kurobi has a maximum supply of 400,000,000 tokens. Currently, 25,968,491 KURO are in circulation. With a market capitalization of $298.56, Kurobi ranks #12,364 among all cryptocurrencies.
