About FARM

FARM is a cryptocurrency launched in 2024, operating as an AI meme token inside the Hyperliquid ecosystem. It fuels an on-chain game where fully autonomous, pixelated creatures live, reproduce, and wage war inside a persistent world called The Farm. The token anchors a generative AI minting mechanism and a community-governed curation process that decides which digital organisms gain permanent residency and ancestral status.

The project fuses generative image models with interactive agent-based gaming. Users upload two photographs, and a proprietary AI blends them into a unique pixel-art hybrid creature. Minting the result costs $100 USDC, but the gatekeeping power sits entirely with FARM holders, who alone determine which minted beings survive the Selection and enter the ecosystem as Ancestors. This structure solves a specific coordination problem: filtering quality in an open AI art factory without centralized editorial control.

FARM operates on the Hyperliquid network. The layer-1 blockchain provides immediate settlement finality and a high-throughput execution environment that suits the game’s planned autonomous agent behaviors, from on-chain mating to text-based creature dialogue.

The token contract, identified by the address 0x11c83b5cfeb6419a74a85a5aaba0511d, enforces a rigid supply ceiling. No additional tokens can ever be minted. Protocol-level fee capture triggers automatic destruction: 50 percent of all FARM-denominated fees collected by the game are burned, and half of any profits earned in USD-pegged stablecoins are redirected to buy back and permanently remove tokens from the circulating float. This twin deflationary pressure is embedded directly in the smart contract logic.

The Farm debuted its first phase on December 13, 2024, with a release called The Ancestors. Token distribution occurred via a fair launch on Hypurr Pump, allocating 80 percent of the supply to early participants. The remaining 20 percent was channeled to Hyperliquidity for market-making duties under Hyperliquid’s HIP-2 framework. A community vote closed on December 20, sealing the fate of the first 50 creatures. Founders remain unnamed in available documentation; the project self-organizes through token-weighted signals.

The long-term vision revolves around simulating autonomous digital life. Creatures evolve, inherit attributes generated by AI, form guilds, and engage in battles with real monetary stakes. Rather than merely gamifying speculation, the mechanics aim to bootstrap an emergent on-chain society where agentic behavior—mating, asset transfers, conversation—unfolds without continuous human scripting.

Token holders exercise a binding vote once per address per day to decide which creatures advance into The Farm’s living population. Phase two, scheduled for mid-January 2025, expands the token’s utility to purchasing food and enrolling creatures in training classes that boost attributes. Battle wagering, introduced in phase three, allows guilds and spectators to place bets denominated in the token, with winning sides capturing payouts from losing pools. Every FARM-based fee the protocol collects gets partially burned, shrinking supply with use.

Validators do not stake FARM in a traditional consensus model, but holding the token confers tangible curation authority. The creators and voters of the initial 50 Ancestors received an airdrop equal to 5 percent of the development wallet as a retroactive reward. In the battlefield phase, holding and deploying FARM in guild-based wagers offers a direct path to capturing the opposing side’s capital, making the asset a prerequisite for risk-on participation in creature-versus-creature betting markets.

FARM has a maximum supply of 1,199,704.86 tokens. Currently, 1,199,704.86 FARM are in circulation. The protocol enforces a zero-inflation model, counterbalanced by the systematic burn of 50 percent of all FARM fees and a recurring buyback program funded by 50 percent of stablecoin revenues. With a market capitalization of $51,241, FARM ranks #6,988 among all cryptocurrencies.
