About ELYSIA

ELYSIA (EL) is a cryptocurrency launched in 2018. It is a tokenized real-world asset protocol operating on the Ethereum network, designed to securitize property exposure through divisible digital tokens.

The platform serves as a peer-to-peer marketplace for joint real estate investment, directly connecting buyers and sellers without traditional brokerage layers. By encoding property deeds as on-chain tokens, the protocol reduces settlement friction and increases price transparency. The self-custodial wallet service integrated into the ecosystem ensures that participants retain direct control over their asset holdings.

The protocol operates on the Ethereum network, leveraging its established consensus layer and global validator set for transaction finality. As an ERC-20 token, EL inherits Ethereum’s security model and benefits from deep interoperability with decentralized finance infrastructure. Ethereum’s consensus layer immutably records every tokenization and ownership transfer event.

The EL token strictly adheres to the ERC-20 standard, ensuring universal compatibility with Ethereum wallets and smart contracts. The protocol extends its presence to BNB Chain and Toncoin ecosystems, complementing the Ethereum genesis contract. These integrations enable cross-chain liquidity for tokenized property assets while retaining Ethereum’s native security properties.

The project launched in September 2018 from South Korea, targeting the nascent tokenized real estate sector. Its early development coincided with a period of experimentation around asset-backed digital securities. Anonymous founding builders deliberately kept the protocol community-driven, with ongoing maintenance visible through its open-source GitHub repository.

The mission is the democratization of real estate capital formation, stripping away the high capital thresholds and geographic restrictions of conventional property markets. Fractional ownership via EL tokens permits global retail participation in assets that were previously inaccessible. The protocol aims to permanently dismantle the informational asymmetries that distort real estate pricing.

EL functions as the settlement medium for all fractional property purchases and sales on the platform. Buyers exchange EL for tokenized deeds representing physical real estate; sellers receive EL upon divestment. The token also covers transaction fees and access to premium features such as early-stage property listings. No intermediary fiat on-ramp is mandated within the core marketplace loop.

Market participants acquire and hold EL to engage in cross-border property investment without navigating international banking rails. Property developers use EL to tokenize new projects, distributing ownership shares to a global investor base on primary issuance. The token’s on-chain liquidity further allows investors to exit positions in secondary markets without the delays inherent in traditional real estate transactions.

ELYSIA has a maximum supply of 7,000,000,000 tokens. The protocol has issued a total supply of 6,803,300,704.69 EL. All issued tokens are currently in circulation, as reported by on-chain data aggregators. With a market capitalization of $12,721,161.00, ELYSIA ranks #1,067 among all cryptocurrencies.
