BlazeStake Staked SOL (BSOL) is a cryptocurrency that functions as a liquid staking derivative native to the Solana ecosystem, directly representing SOL delegated through the BlazeStake stake pool protocol. The asset trades under the BSOL ticker.
BlazeStake abstracts the complexity of native Solana staking by pooling user SOL and distributing it across a curated set of validators, strengthening network decentralization. The protocol automatically compounds staking yields into the value of BSOL, so each token accrues additional SOL backing every epoch. Unlike standard delegated stake, the resulting BSOL remains fully liquid—transferable, tradeable, and employable across decentralized finance applications.
BSOL operates on the Solana network. The underlying staking pool is a non-custodial smart contract deployed on Solana mainnet, inheriting the chain's high throughput and sub-second finality design. All bond and unbond operations execute on-chain, with stake distribution logic enforced transparently by the protocol's program-derived addresses.
The token adheres to the SPL standard, enabling native compatibility with all Solana wallets and protocols that support the Solana Program Library. The BlazeStake protocol’s stake pool contract programmatically redistributes SOL to a dynamic set of validators, mitigating single-point collusion without manual intervention. Smart contract logic is open-source, published under the SolBlazeOrg repository.
BlazeStake was introduced as a non-custodial Solana stake pool to improve validator decentralization, an effort formally recognized by the Solana Foundation. The protocol’s open-source codebase has been publicly maintained under the SolBlazeOrg GitHub organization. With no single point of custody, the pool has accumulated a circulating supply exceeding 805,000 BSOL tokens.
The core mission is to relentlessly fortify Solana’s validator set by dispersing stake across a broad and independent array of validators, reducing systemic concentration risks. In parallel, the protocol aims to unbundle staking from illiquidity, granting SOL holders continuous exposure to staking yields without surrendering capital efficiency.
BSOL functions as a yield-bearing receipt token. Each unit embodies a proportional claim on the underlying SOL pool plus accumulated staking rewards. The protocol recalculates the BSOL/SOL exchange rate at every epoch, ensuring that the redemption value of BSOL strictly increases relative to SOL in line with the staking APY. Holders can redeem BSOL for SOL at any time, either through the instant unstake facility that draws from a liquidity reserve or via the standard delayed unstaking process that waits out the Solana cool-down period.
A user can deposit SOL into BlazeStake to mint BSOL, thereby automatically distributing stake to a diversified set of validators without manual selection. The minted BSOL can thereafter be supplied as collateral on lending markets, paired into liquidity pools on decentralized exchanges, or utilized in yield aggregation strategies—all while the token continues accruing staking rewards internally. Because the instant unstake feature taps a liquid reserve, traders can exit positions rapidly without enduring the multi-day Solana unbonding delay.
BlazeStake Staked SOL has a total supply of 805,836 tokens. Currently, 805,836 tokens are in circulation. With a market capitalization of $90,044,746, BlazeStake Staked SOL ranks #8,359 among all cryptocurrencies.
